How it works
Connect once
In your Profile, choose Connect Telegram and press Start in the chat. On a computer, scan the code with your phone.
Pick a site
/sites lists the sites in every workspace you belong to. Tap one to work on it.
Say what you need
Type a change and it is built and published. Ask a question and it is answered, free.
What you can do from a chat
Type a change in plain words, such as "make the opening hours say we close at 4pm on Sundays", and Briks builds it and publishes it, as it would from the studio. A change holds the same 5 credits and is charged for the work it took. In a group, start it with /change so ordinary chatter is never read as a request.
Ask a question with /ask and it is answered from your site, with no build and no credits. Send a photo with a caption and the photo goes into your media library and onto the site as the caption says.
When a new site waits for you at a step, the chat shows the step with buttons: approve the words, choose a look or a hero, or let Briks decide. /undo and /redo move between versions, /status shows a site's state, address, last publish and visitors today, and /new starts a new site from a description.
/publish asks "Publish to production?" with Confirm and Cancel. Nothing goes live until you tap Confirm, and the launch check's result comes back to the chat.
Alerts, when you want them
Alerts are off for every chat until you turn them on, with /alerts or in your Profile. Each one can be switched on or off: a build finished or failed, a step waiting for you, a domain gone live or needing attention, and credits running low.
New form messages can be sent too, separately and only if you choose. They carry the form's name and its first field, never the whole message.
Working in a group
Add the bot to a group with your team or your client. It reads only commands, replies to its own messages and messages that mention it, so the group's own conversation never reaches Briks.
Each person links their own Telegram, and every action uses that person's own role in the site's workspace: an Editor can ask for changes and publish, a Viewer can ask questions. /use picks the site the group works on. Someone who has not linked their Telegram is told, in the group, to message the bot privately and connect.
Linking and privacy
Connect with the button in your Profile, which makes a one-time code that lasts ten minutes, or share your phone number in the chat, the one on your Profile, and confirm the link from the email Briks sends you. A link uses Telegram's own account number, never a username, because usernames can change hands.
No password, key, secret or full form message is ever sent to Telegram. The messages to and from the bot are kept with your account. Send /disconnect, or choose Disconnect in your Profile, to unlink at any time.
Manage sites from Telegram in practice
Three example businesses, and how each would use it. Where a site is pictured, it is a sample Briks built for an example business, not a customer.
- 01Bakery
A change from the market stall
On a Saturday morning the owner of a bakery types "say we have sold out of sourdough today" from her stall. The change is built and published, and the chat tells her when it is live.

Sourdough is a sample site Briks built for an example bakery and coffee shop, not a customer. Open the sample - 02Agency
A client in the group chat
An agency adds the bot to the group it shares with a client. The client, a Viewer, asks "/ask when does the spring offer end?" and gets the answer from the site. The agency's designer, an Editor, makes the change the client asks for with /change, then publishes it with /publish and Confirm.
- 03Consultant
A decision on the train
A new site waits at the look step while its owner is travelling. The chat shows three looks as buttons; she opens them in the studio from the chat's link, taps the one she likes, and the build carries on.
