A workspace for each client
On every plan
- Many workspaces
- One person can own up to 10 workspaces and belong to any number of others, and switch between them from the sidebar.
- Each on its own
- Each workspace has its own projects, members, plan, credits and billing. Credits stay with the workspace they belong to.
- One for all, or one each
- Keep your clients' sites together in one workspace, with room for 30 projects on the Agency plan, or give each client a workspace with a plan of its own.
- Moving a project
- Owners and Admins can move a project to another workspace where they can edit, and the library pictures it uses go with it.
Roles and invitations
Teams from Pro
- Four roles
- Viewers see projects, previews and analytics and change nothing. Editors create, change and publish. Admins also manage members and settings. Only Owners handle billing, other Owners and deleting the workspace.
- Invitations
- Invite up to 20 people at once. Each invitation works for 7 days, and only for the address it was sent to.
- No seat fees
- Each plan includes its people, you included: Pro 3, Studio 10, Agency 25. There is no charge per seat.
Handing a site to a client
On every planClient reports on paid plans
- Make the client an Owner
- Invite your client as an Owner of the workspace that holds their site. One Owner invitation can go out even when the workspace has no room for more people.
- Who pays
- A plan bought at checkout stays on the card that paid for it. To move the payments to your client, write to hello@briks.dev before you step down.
- Client reports
- On a paid plan, send a client a monthly email on the 1st with last month's visitors, what changed, where visitors came from and what your agents did, once the site is in production.
- Shared figures
- Share a read-only link to a site's analytics, up to 10 for each site.
The Briks name on client sites
Paid plans
- No badge
- The Built with Briks badge is off on paid plans unless you switch it on. Sites on the Free plan always show it.
- The client's own domain
- Connect the client's own domain from the Starter plan, so the site lives at their address.
- Not listed
- A site is shown in Made with Briks only when its owner chooses to list it.
- Where Briks still shows
- The studio, its emails and the address your sites' emails are sent from carry the Briks name. White-label is not available yet: tell us below if you need it.
Templates, skills and shared media
On every plan
- Templates
- Save any published project as a template for your workspace, then start new client sites from it in any workspace where you can edit.
- Skills
- Owners and Admins add skills: written guidance on your tone, facts and conventions that Briks follows on the workspace's projects when a task fits.
- Shared media
- Pictures and videos uploaded once can be used in every project in the same workspace.
Running many sites
- AI agents
- Hire up to 15 agents for each project on the Agency plan, each with one job, such as replying to customers or checking security. They ask before anything goes out.
- From your chat app
- On every plan, ask for changes and follow your sites from Telegram or Discord. The bot acts as you, with your role in each workspace.
Data and security
On every plan
Each site's database and file storage are made in the European Union by default. Every change is a version you can restore, keys stay on the published site, and every publish is checked before it goes live.
For your clients' visitors, Briks processes data for you under the data processing terms in the Terms of Service.
Enterprise plans
For more projects, people or credits than the Agency plan holds, an Enterprise plan is set up with you and billed by invoice. Tell us what you need with the form below.
Talk to the Briks team
Tell us about your agency or team and what you would like to build or run. The message goes to the Briks team, and the reply comes to the email you give.
