# Política de reembolsos

This policy explains when SEMICOLON WEB TECHNOLOGIES, trading as Briks, refunds a payment for a Briks plan, and how to ask for a refund. It is part of our Terms of Service.

## Who handles your payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our online orders. Your receipt comes from Paddle, and so does any refund.

## When we refund a payment

- Within 14 days of a payment, if your workspace has used no credits since that payment, we refund it in full, less Paddle's fee on that order.
- Once credits have been used, the month they were used in is charged. On a monthly plan that is the whole payment, so it is not refunded.
- On a yearly plan, if credits have been used within 14 days of the payment, we keep the plan's monthly price for that month and refund the rest of the payment, less Paddle's fee on that order.
- Credits count as used when work is charged to your workspace, such as building or changing a site, an agent's work or a social post. A request that failed is not charged, so it does not count.

## What a refund ends

A refund ends the plan that payment was for, and removes the credits that came with it.

## Cancelling a plan

You can cancel at any time through paddle.net or by writing to hello@briks.dev. Cancelling stops the next payment, and the plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period; ask for a refund as below if this policy gives you one.

## How to ask for a refund

- Go to paddle.net, find your order with the email address you paid with, and ask for a refund there.
- Or write to hello@briks.dev from that email address with the order number on your receipt.
- An approved refund goes back to the card or account you paid with.

## Your rights under the law

If the law where you live gives you a right to a refund beyond this policy, that right applies, and nothing here takes it away.

## Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. A change applies to payments made after it is posted here with its date. This policy was last changed on 14 October 2026. Questions about refunds go to hello@briks.dev.
